The high-speed sequencing devices using nanopores are promising. However, sequencing long DNA’s is still challenging because such DNA’s clog in a pore. We have investigated interactions between a pore and a DNA, causing the clog using fluorescence microscopy. Our recent results indicated the electroosmosis by DNA itself. To elucidate it, the dynamics of DNA of different length was investigated.
