SICM(Scaning Ion Conductance Microscope) can obtain topgraphic image of a surface by sensing ion current changing as the tip is close to the surface. Lateral resolution of the SICM is defined by pore size of a glass probe. In general, the resolution can reach several ten nanometers. However, it is difficult to observe structure of the biomolecules. To enhance its resolution, we utilized a carbon nanotube(CNT) as a probe. In presentation, we will discuss how to make CNT probe, I-V curve and aproach curve of CNT.
