[19a-A404-2] Preparation of MoS₂ nanoparticles by laser ablation and effects of pulse duration and solvent

We have synthesized nanoparticles by applying pulsed laser ablation in liquid (PLAL) to MoS2 of two-dimensional nanomaterial which has recently attracted much attention.In PLAL, it is considered that pulse duration, irradiation time and solvent affect the shape of nanoparticles, so we focused on each experimental condition and tried to make systematic evaluations. As a result, it was confirmed that the change of pulse duration affected the shape and size distribution of nanoparticles, and new knowledge was also obtained from comparison of experimental results by changing solvent.
