Iron chalcogenide superconductor, FeSe, shows rapid increase in Tc under hydrostatic pressure. To investigate the mechanism of the Tc enhancement under pressure, we focus on the anisotropic pressure effect, and grew FeSe films with various degrees of strain and investigated their transport properties. We observed systematic change of Tc with strain. We also observed a clear correlation between Tc and carrier densities, which suggests that it is essential for the Tc enhancement of FeSe to increase the carrier densities.
