プラズモニックカラーフィルタとは表面プラズモンを利用した回折格子であり、格子周期に依存した波長選択性が得られる。本研究は、38%の弾性変形領域を有するポリスチレン‐ポリブタジエン‐ポリスチレンを用いて、膜厚数百nmの自立プラズモニックカラーフィルタを製作した。微細格子は集束イオンビームで形成した。光学測定では、表面プラズモン共鳴の理論値に一致した透過/反射ピークと色が得られた。
