[19a-C102-1] Preparation and Characterization of Magnesium Solid Electrolyte Thin Films by Sputtering Method

Magnesium ion secondary batteries have been expected to be practically applied as post lithium ion batteries. In this study, we focus on Magnesium silicate with an olivine structure. We report high conductivity of magnesium ions can be realized with amorphization of the solid electrolyte and a part of magnesium ions of it is substituted with zirconium ions or calcium ions by sputtering method.
