Colloidal Quantum Dots (CQD) are the materials whose electrons are confined to three dimensional and they have size-dependent quantum energy level. They are expected to be used as applications of energy converting devices using their quantum level, but there is little investigation discussing carrier density quantitatively because of their numerous surface trap states. Here we will report the result about investigation of carrier density of quantum level in PbTe CQD assemblies.
