Keywords:electric field effect, easy cone, CoFeB/MgO

We investigate temperature and electric-field dependence of magnetic anisotropy in CoFeB/ MgO shows easy-cone state below 200 K. Anisotropy fields HK1eff and HK2 increase with decreasing temperature. In all temperature range we measured, application of positive electric field decreases HK1eff and it does not alter HK2 virtually. Cone angle of easy-cone state is also changed and it increases with positive electric field (~10 degrees with E = 0.1 V/nm).
