In nano-NMR using a single NV center, by utilizing a field of 3 T and the nitrogen nuclear spin (T1=260 s) as a memory, the resolution of ~1 ppm and the observation of the chemical shift were attained for 1H and 19F in liquid samples of the volume smaller by 10-orders than that of conventional NMR. Here, by using 12C-enriched crystal as a model solid system having very weak dipolar coupling among nuclear spins, a linewidth of 13 Hz has been achieved for a single 13C nuclear spin.
