Single-molecule force measurement can be expected to be a basis for new bio-sensing technology that can obtain more microscopic information. In this presentation, we report on a result of investigation, which aiming to establish simple and high throughput force measurement of single-molecules. As a result of force measurement, we succeeded in finding out different force spectrum on specific and nonspecific interaction systems on antigen-antibody reaction.
