[19a-G205-1] Wrinkle structure for stretchable devices

If one tries to attach an electronic device on a non-planar surface such as a human skin, the device must have both flexibility and stretchability. To overcome this issue, we made a stretchable wrinkle structure using a film/elastomer bilayer system and achieved a stretchable conductive surface by depositing a metal layer on the wrinkle structure. Here, we report the fabrication method of the wrinkle structure and the resisitance change ratio of the stretchable conductive surface with respect to applied strains.
