[19a-G205-4] Small molecule/polymer blend OFET with smooth phase-separated interface prepared by ESD

We succeeded in forming a smooth TIPS pentacene / PMMA interface with a simple one step by changing the solvent used for the ESD. The phase-separated interface of the blend film prepared using o-DCB was rough and the phase-separated was insufficient.
On the other hand, a smooth phase separation interface can be obtained by fabricating a blend film using butyl acetate with low solubility for TIPS pentacene, and the ON / OFF ratio and mobility of OFET are greatly improved.
