本研究では、超小型化が可能な平面導波路型デジタルホログラフィック顕微鏡(PLC-DHM)において、強度分布と位相分布を正確に取得するための光学系設計、熱光学効果による位相シフト法の改善などを実施し、定量位相イメージングに成功したので報告する。
