[19a-P3-10] Terahertz Time-Domain Spectroscopy of Stacked Closed-Ring Resonator Arrays

Development of the terahertz (THz) devices based on metamaterials and metadevices has been actively studied. For the development of the devices with higher degrees of controllability, we have studied on the stacked closed-ring resonator (CRR) array and reported on the results of numerical simulations. Here, we show our recent results of the fabrication of the stacked CRR array and their THz time-domain spectroscopy.
