[19a-P6-55] Mechanism of Transport Characteristics in Graphene Constriction Devices
Keywords:Graphene quantum device, Carrier transport property, Coulomb blockade
We fabricated and measured graphene constriction devices with the dimension corresponding to single dot formation, and analyzed the mechanism of transport property by using first principles calculation. In the measurement, Coulomb oscillation and Coulomb diamond characteristics were observed at 4.5 K. First principles calculation analysis showed that resonance peaks appear in the transmission coefficient spectrum when graphene nanoribbon is connected to source/drain. This result suggests the contribution of the confinement effect in the channel direction.
