[19a-P6-62] A Molecular Dynamics Study of Electron-Beam Heating and Thermal Transportation in Graphene
Keywords:graphene, electron beam, Thermal transportation
The temperature distributions in electron-irradiated graphene are studied by molecular dynamics simulation. The interaction between an incident electron and a carbon atom is introduced using binary collision model. The temperature distributions in electron-irradiated graphene are determined by various conditions. While the heat generation is mainly determined by the electron irradiation conditions, the heat transportation is affected by graphene structures such as width, chirality and containing defects.
