[19a-P6-9] Growth of SWCNTs from Ir Catalyst by ACCCD method and Study of growth mechanism

Since single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) have excellent properties, they are expected to be applied to the electronics field.In our laboratory we have reported the growth of SWCNT using platinum group elements as catalysts and recently reported that SWCNT grows using relatively inexpensive Ru as a catalyst among platinum group elements did.In this study we report SWCNT successfully grown using the same platinum group element Ir as a catalyst.
