Magnetic effects on diamagnetic materials are well understood within the framework of Langevin diamagnetism. Various interesting phenomena can occur under spatially and temporally modulated magnetic fields, which can never be observed with uniform static magnetic fields. In this presentation, various phenomena caused by the modulated magnetic fields are reported.
