Three dimensional image is analyzed using the Grey Level Co-Occurrence Matrix method. It was found some parameters obtained by the method can be used for the distinction between benign and malignant cells. It is needed for the pathological analysis with higher precision using AI to have some supporting system complimentary to the analysis. The present 3D analysis is considered to be useful for this purpose.
