Graphene oxide (GO) is a new class of nanocarbon materials which can be dispersed in a solvent and applied to the solution process in various device fabrications. Laser reduction of GO has been applied to the integration of conductive reduced graphene oxide (rGO) into microstructured devices. In addition to the electrical conductivity of the rGO, it works as high performance electrode materials for energy storage devices. In this paper, the laser direct writing was applied to a GO film to form an rGO/GO interdigitated micro-supercapacitor (MSC). Such a device was also applied to a humidity sensor. The influences of shape and size of the rGO/GO intergigitated micro-electrode on the device performances of an rGO/GO MSC and a humidity sensor were studied.
