We report on super-resolution imaging using subdiffraction limit spots generated by a computer generated hologram. The method is based image scanning microscopy. Super-resolution fluorescence images are reconstructed from fluorescence signals obtained by scanning the subdiffraction limit spots. An experimental result demonstrates the resolution enhancement by the method.
