[19p-B401-3] Metal-Insulator transition in single crystalline Nd_2-xCe_xCuO₄ films

RE₂PdO₄, which is isostructural as a known superconductor Nd_2-xCe_xCuO₄, is a promising candidate for new T_c. However, the numbers of reports on the ground state in RE₂PdO₄ is limited. Previously, we reported on the semiconducting behaviour in RE₂PdO₄ films. Here, we present the reduced resistivity in Nd_2-xCe_xPdO₄ films. Combinatorial effect of Ce doping and annealing procedures were found to induce metal-insulator transition.
