[19p-B401-3] Metal-Insulator transition in single crystalline Nd2-xCexCuO4 films

RE2PdO4, which is isostructural as a known superconductor Nd2-xCexCuO4, is a promising candidate for new Tc. However, the numbers of reports on the ground state in RE2PdO4 is limited. Previously, we reported on the semiconducting behaviour in RE2PdO4 films. Here, we present the reduced resistivity in Nd2-xCexPdO4 films. Combinatorial effect of Ce doping and annealing procedures were found to induce metal-insulator transition.
