[19p-B403-2] Asymmetric Critical Current Properties in BHO-doped SmBa₂Cu₃O_y Films under In-plane Magnetic Fields

Superconducting diodes requires high rectification property and high current capacity. The former needs high asymmetricity of I_c. In this study, I_c asymmetricity was realized by controlling both the surface and the internal structures of SmBa₂Cu₃O_y thin films. The highest I_c asymmetricity was achieved with low surface roughness and BaHfO₃ nanorods.
