[19p-C102-5] Development of Micro Space Propulsion Using Electron Source Fabrication Techniques

Yoshinori Takao1, Naoki Inoue1,2, Kazuma Emoto1, Ryohei Yamada1, Toshiyuki Tsuchiya3, Masayoshi Nagao2, Katsuhisa Murakami2 (1.YNU, 2.AIST, 3.Kyoto Univ.)

Keywords:ion sources, electron sources, propulsion

In recent years, micro/nanosatellites (< 50 kg) have been attracting increasing attention. In order to realize micro space propulsion, which can be mounted on such microspacecraft, ion sources producing high-density ion beams will be presented using fabrication techniques of field emitter array.
