[19p-C103-2] Atomic Resolution Holography Method using Synchrotron Radiation

Toyohiko Kinoshita1 (1.JASRI)

Keywords:3D active site, Photoelectron Holograpgy, Dopant

Under the support by ISPS Grant-in Aid for Scientific Research on Innovative Areas “3D Active-Site Science”, the imaging studies for local structures of functional materials are undergoing. Holography methods combined with Synchrotron Radiation are used. We realize site-specific imaging of dopants or catalysts using sub-eV scale binding energy difference in photoelectron spectra. Both structural and electronic states information for “3D active-site” will be obtained. Micron sized target and pump and probe-time-resolved technique are now being available. The experimental setup and some representative application results are introduced.
