Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT) is a ferroelectric material with perovskite structure which shows better ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties close to the morphotropic phase boundary. In this study, effects of Zr/Ti ratio in the PZT precursor solution on shape, crystallinity, and piezoelectric properties of PZT cubes were investigated. Chemical composition of single PZT cube was close to the nominal composition of solution with Zr/Ti ratio of 52/48 and piezoelectric properties were also confirmed.
