Keywords:plasma medicine, atmospheric-pressure plasma jet, drug transfer

Recently, we have demonstrated that atmospheric-pressure plasma irradiation could transfer drugs into cells and clarified that reactive species in plasma-irradiated solution are one of the dominant factors. Then, a comparison of the transfer capability between plasma irradiated solution and some chemical donor suggested that a long-term release of ONOO- is important. This presentation will focus on plasma-produced short-lived reactive nitrogen species and show the estimation of the generation rate of reactive species to plasma irradiation time.
