We conducted experiments to optimize of the electrode shape of in-liquid plasma generation device assuming a local and minimally invasive gene or drug molecule introduction technique in the body. When a pulse voltage was applied to the high voltage electrode whose length was varied, the generation time region of in-liquid plasma changed with respect to the electrode length was obtained.
