The plasma jet device spraying Plasma-Exposed-Solution has been developed, which is expected to enable to generate high concentration of liquid phase short-lived reactive species by direct contact with plasma and to transport the generated reactive species to objects in a short time. There was no significant difference in germination rate with millisecond delay time due to its transport lag, and on the other hand, measured concentrations of long-lived reactive species were insufficient for germination suppression. Therefore, the reactive species with longer lifetime than milliseconds, but not long-lived reactive species, might affect the germination.
