[19p-C301-16] Photo-current property of a single nanowire and the integration into photonic crystals

Current injection nanowire for photonic circuit is important for future photonic chip. Until now, we demonstrated telecom-band nanowire lasers in silicon photonic crystal [1] and single nanowire LEDs [2] but have not demonstrated current injection nanowire in photonic crystal. In this study, we will investigate photo-current property of a single nanowire with pads structure at telecom-band and will also report fabrication of integrated structure with current injection nanowire and silicon photonic crystal.
