Keywords:Electronic Cavity Ring Down Spectroscopy

In this research, to facilitate the miniaturization of the device and ease of handling, an electronic CRDS device was constructed using an electronic circuit and a semiconductor laser, and the H 2 O concentration was measured. When the number of ring down pulses is small, the value of β value varies greatly, and when the number of pulses increases, the dispersion decreases and it is found that accurate measurement is possible. The large number of ring down pulses corresponds to physically increasing the optical path length, demonstrating that high sensitivity can be achieved by electronic CRDS.
