[19p-C304-5] The Measuring Methods for Thermal Properties of Highly Thermal Conductive and
Heat Releasing Composites

Junko Morikawa1 (1.Tokyo Inst.Tech.)

Keywords:Highly Thermal Conductive and Heat Releasing Composites

Thermal properties of highly thermal conductive and heat releasing composites become important for the forefront of thermal management technology. The thermal diffusivity, thermal effusivity, and thermal conductivity are the heat transport properties responsible for the major technological developments. Temperature wave analysis and thermal imaging method that make use of thermally modulated stimulation to be detected by the contact and the non-contact temperature sensors are introduced to measure the thermal properties of composites.
