The Global PV market 2017 is estimated to reach around 100GW. With the growth of the PV market, higher efficiency and reliability of PV modules are required and promotion of female researchers is essential for further development of PV power generation. This presentation gives efforts of Women in PV subcommittee under JSPS 175 committee.
