Hardware measurement devices have been main components in conventional measurement, while some computational processes have been used for completion. On the other hand, information technologies including machine learning is now rapidly emerging, and the possibility to develop advanced measurement systems by using these techniques as main components is increasing. In this talk, we demonstrate the potential of new machine learning adapted to measurement tasks for achieving accurate estimation of the target state in an objective system with exclusion of the irrelevant system changes and disturbances.
