Keywords:Single Cell Raman Imaging, Machine learning

In addition to developments on compressed sensing, it was revealed that a very small set of dimension buried in high dimensional spectral space in live cells can differentiate the states. We show our studies on differentiating cell states with taking into account the low signal to noise ratio and address the importance to fuse information science and measurement science in life science.
