Interlayer exchange coupling is a conventional phenomenon among the magnetic multilayer systems. In particular, antiferromagnetic interlayer coupling through a MgO layer is frequently observed. We fabricated Fe/MgO/γ-Fe2O3 and Fe/MgO/(Co,Fe)3O4 by RF magnetron sputtering method, and we conducted VSM measurements with a structures containing γ-Fe2O3 and Hall effect measurement with a structure containing (Co,Fe)3O4. We attempted to evaluate the coupling strength of the Interlayer exchange coupling from the magnetization process, and it was suggested that antiferromagnetic magnetic interlayer coupling was expressed in both structures.
