In this presentation, we first present three challenges in developing all-solid-state Li battery. Among them, we are focusing on reducing the resistance at the interface of solid electrolyte and electrode material.
We utilize oxide-thin-film epitaxial growth technology that has been cultivated in the field of oxide electronics. We have developed model thin-film batteries with defined interface atomic structures, and obtained very low interface resistance values.
