Physical property spectra, which are the main physical property data, have been physically informationized by related specific analysis methods. In Materials Informatics, it is desirable to develop an analytical method that combines physical properties and statistical analysis, which have generality / versatility that can be used for machine learning of physical property spectra and that lead to knowledge discovery. In this study, we investigated the infrared absorption spectrum of β - FeSi2 with machine - learnable analysis method and physical information.
