[19p-P1-2] Fabrication of fiber-optic fluorescence thermometer

Fiber-optic fluorescence thermometer has been developed using ruby, spinel and/or garnet crystals as a sensor material. Sensor material was set inside of a ceramics tube. Excitation light was irradiated through a quartz rod. Photoluminescence (PL) from the sensor material was also measured through a quartz rod. Temperature dependences of photoluminescence (PL) spectra, PL peak intensities, PL life times were measured for temperature measuremnet.
