NV ceter in diamond is an great candidate of the quantum sensor to realize nanoscale NMR. As an step for the nuclear spin imaging, we demonstrate the detection of a single nuclear spin in diamond and external proton ensemble. Additionally, we test a new technique reported recently to achieve high frequency resolution.
