In this study, the composite material of ZnS: Ag and acrylic resin was studied. If light emission or afterglow from the acrylic resin layer would generate under radiation exposure, it is disadvantageous for the use as a scintillator. Therefore, the ZnS: Ag / acrylic resin composite material was prepared and its radiation induced characteristics were investigated. To evaluate afterglow characteristics, we used the set-up developed by our group. Details will be reported on the conference.
