[19p-P8-10] Preparation of ITO eletrode modified by Au Nano Island with Pulse Electrodeposition

Au nano islands were immobilized on the ITO electrode by an electrodeposition with combination of pulse-voltage and constant-voltage. The dimension and number of Au nano island on the ITO surface were affected by the deposition conditions such as pulse voltage and pulse width. According to these results, it was found that plasmon scattering at any wavelength could be realized by our procedures.
