The combination of 3D printing and metal coating technologies enables the fabrication of three-dimensional microscopic structures for the control of terahertz waves, such as THz metamaterials and THz waveguides. In this study, we made three-dimensional structures using supercritical fluid deposition as a metal coating method which is applicable to high-aspect-ratio structures, and evaluated the transmission properties. We found that they work as effective terahertz high-pass filters.
