[20a-B203-3] Control of random lasing modes by applying external magnetic field

In this presentation, we proposed a novel method for tuning and switching random lasing modes in a nanoparticle film on a magnetic thin film. By utilizing the Kerr rotation of the reflected polarization due to the magnetization of the magnetic thin film, random feedback would be changed in random lasing modes close to the surface of the magnetic thin film. We will report on the result of the external magnetic field response of random lasing modes.
