[20a-C202-8] Fabrication of monolayer SnS by supply and desorption control

SnS is expected as a 2D piezoelectric material. But its monolayer has not been reported. In this study, thickness of SnS became controlable by controling supply and desorption during growth. Moreover, monolayer SnS has been obtained by thin flake forming condition of growth.
