A realization of an organic semiconductor laser reported by Bell Laboratory in 2000 made a large impact to scientific communities. However, this was reconginzed as a research misconduct at that time. In this report, we will report our most recent challenge as to how to realized organic semiconductor lasers to be operated in the electrically driven mode.
