[20a-F102-6] Current state of photovoltaic system in Fukushima

Fukushima prefecture is declaring revitalization as "pioneer of the renewable energy", and puts up an ambitious target in the renewable-energy promotion vision. Operation conditions in the photovoltaic system in Adachi-gun Kawamata-machi will be reported. Various problems disturbing the renewable-energy promotion have been found through the Kawamata PV-system and the discussion for energy vision of local governments in Fukushima.
