[20a-F202-7] Development of Electromotive Force (EMF) Sensor to Measure Thin Gas of Hydrogen in the Air

Takahiro Murakami1, Shuji Harada1 (1.Niigata Univ.)

Keywords:hydrogen sensor, electromotive force, measuring thin gas of hydrogen in the air

Our group has developed the EMF hydrogen sensor to measure the hydrogen concentration by the electromotive force(EMF). In principle the sensor is suitable for low concentration measurement and miniaturization, and by strengthening them we succeeded in actually measuring 5 ppm hydrogen gas change in the air.
