The analysis of the electronic structure of interface between organolead halide perovskite and carrier transport layer is very important to understand energy level alignment; however, the study is underway. In this study we analyzed the electronic structure of PCDTBT/ CH3NH3PbI3 interface by ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy and low energy inverse photoemission spectroscopy. The effect on the device characteristics is discussed.
