[20a-G202-7] Electronic Structure of the Interface between Organolead Halide Perovskite and Hole Transport Layer by Photoelectron and Inverse Photoelectron Spectroscopy

The analysis of the electronic structure of interface between organolead halide perovskite and carrier transport layer is very important to understand energy level alignment; however, the study is underway. In this study we analyzed the electronic structure of PCDTBT/ CH3NH3PbI3 interface by ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy and low energy inverse photoemission spectroscopy. The effect on the device characteristics is discussed.
